About the Position

We are seeking a Product Lead SAP Platform & Technology (w/m/d) to manage the strategy and lifecycle of our SAP technology portfolio in Hamburg, Germany.

Responsibilities

Responsibility for strategy, cost-effectiveness, and lifecycle of the technology portfolio, from SAP Basis and technical ERP platforms through SAP BTP, integration, and application lifecycle management to selected solutions for document management and archiving.
Management of SAP license management for the Otto Group and further development of license, billing, and cost models.
Translation of technological and business requirements into clear goals, priorities, and robust roadmaps.
Structuring and management of complex introduction, transformation, and migration projects across product and team boundaries, including dependencies, milestones, risks, and decisions.
Technical leadership of product managers and experts, with orientation and strategic and economic sparring.
Close collaboration with module teams, SAP, internal technology units, and other stakeholders within the Otto Group to create acceptance for joint solutions.

Requirements

Several years of experience in the SAP technology environment and a solid understanding of modern SAP, cloud, platform, and integration architectures.
Experience in the overarching management of several complex IT products, projects, or strategic initiatives.
Proven technical leadership experience with experienced specialists and interdisciplinary and international teams.
Commercial responsibility for budgets, business cases, billing models, or license negotiations.
Ability to bring together different interests, clarify responsibilities, and implement decisions bindingly.
Aim to continuously standardize, optimize, and automate operational and change processes.
Fluency in German and English, each at least at C1 level.

Nice to Have

In-depth experience in several areas such as SAP Basis, SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Application Lifecycle Management, or SAP License Management, as well as knowledge in Security, Compliance, and Resilience.
