Product Lead (Sportsbook)

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Product Lead (Sportsbook) to drive the development of our customer-facing betting products within a B2B environment.

This role combines product strategy, team leadership, and hands-on product management. The main focus area is the Betting stream, including:

• Sportsbook (SPA solution)
• Widgets ecosystem
• Other customer-facing betting products and experiences

Our products are delivered as B2B solutions for international partners and operators, so this role requires balancing end-user experience with partner needs, scalability, customization, and commercial impact.

You will work closely with C-level stakeholders and lead a cross-functional product group responsible for the growth, usability, and business performance of our betting products.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the product strategy for customer-facing betting products
• Own the long-term vision of the Sportsbook and Widgets ecosystem
• Drive product initiatives that improve user engagement, retention, conversion, and betting turnover
• Balance the needs of end users, partners, and internal business stakeholders
• Prioritize product development based on business impact, customer needs, and technical capabilities
• Collaborate closely with C-level management on strategic initiatives and business goals
• Own the quarterly and yearly product planning process for the Betting stream

Product Development

• Lead the evolution of the Sportsbook SPA experience across desktop and mobile platforms
• Improve navigation, personalization, retention mechanics, and betting UX
• Collaborate closely with Trading, Marketing, Engineering teams, and partners
• Validate hypotheses through analytics, A/B testing, and customer feedback
• Ensure consistency and high quality across all customer-facing products
• Support customization and configuration capabilities required for B2B partners

Team Management

• Lead and mentor Product Managers within the Betting stream
• Coordinate the work of Product Managers, Designer, and Project Manager
• Build efficient product delivery processes and cross-team communication
• Support team members in product discovery, prioritization, and stakeholder management
• Help grow product culture and product expertise within the company

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to internal stakeholders
• Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Trading, and Engineering leadership
• Participate in discussions with partners regarding betting product improvements and customization opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management
• Experience leading product teams or cross-functional product groups
• Deep expertise in sportsbook products and the betting industry
• Experience working on B2B products or platforms
• Experience working on B2C or customer-facing digital products
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Experience working closely with design and engineering teams
• Understanding of product discovery and delivery processes
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• English - Upper-Intermediate or higher
