At ChinaNetCloud, we are on a mission to revolutionize the operations landscape by providing a unified operations platform for cloud and DevOps technologies. We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of OpsStack, a platform that integrates design, build, change, monitoring, expert systems, reverse engineering, security, performance, SRE, logging, CMDB, audit, and much more. This is a unique opportunity to be among the first hires and set the tone and culture of the company for years to come.

Responsibilities

• Drive Product Management: Define and drive the product and platform by spending time with customers, partners, and industry players.
• Feature and Requirement Management: Oversee features, requirements, documentation, and acceptance processes for smooth sequencing, delivery, and integration of new features and enhancements.
• Customer Engagement: Spend significant time with customers to understand their needs and priorities.
• Technical Understanding: Understand the technology to some degree, the market a lot, and the customer for sure.

Requirements

• Experience: Several years of Product Management experience in a seriously technical product, ideally in SaaS, IT, and Cloud.
• Technical Acumen: Thinking like an engineer will help; a lot. Experience managing Linux Systems and AWS cloud resources is a plus.
• Project Management: Experience with Story, Project Management, and Roadmap tools, and the ability to discuss their use, misuse, and best practices.
• Cultural Fit: Must be able to work hard, speak up, and go to bat for the customers and the team.

Nice to Have

• AWS Training: We will provide AWS training, so prior experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
