Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

About the Position

We are seeking a Product Manager with over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS to join our team in Copenhagen, Vienna, or Krakow. This role focuses on clinical audiology software, a market poised for transformation through AI.

Responsibilities

  • Product scope and direction:

    • Define and validate the product scope across the clinical audiology spectrum.
    • Own the Manage Clinical roadmap end-to-end.
    • Use modern AI tooling in your own discovery, prototyping, and customer validation work.
    • Translate clinical reality into product requirements.
  • Customer discovery and validation:

    • Stay close to the clinical audiology market through constant interaction with clinicians and users.
    • Establish design partner relationships to validate the product as it develops.
  • Partnership across functions:

    • Pair with your Product Owner to ensure smooth delivery.
    • Partner with Regulatory Affairs on medical-device classification and compliance.
    • Coordinate with the Senior PM of Manage solution on shared platform matters.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS product management.
  • Strong customer-facing product craft.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • AI-fluent in how you work and think about product.

Nice to Have

  • Clinical software PM background.
  • Working knowledge of medical device software boundaries.
  • Experience with clinical data standards (FHIR, HL7), EHR integration patterns, or clinical workflows.
  • Experience building net-new products on top of an existing platform.
  • A clear personal arc toward clinical software product leadership.
