Responsibilities
- Lead Product Strategy: Define and execute a clear product vision and roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term goals that drive business impact.
- Drive Development: Collaborate closely with design, development, and data teams to launch new features, enhance existing products, and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Analyze and Optimize: Track KPIs, conduct user research, and gather feedback to continuously improve our products, optimizing for engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Champion the Customer: Use data and insights to anticipate player needs, prioritize key features, and deliver experiences that captivate and engage.
- Foster Collaboration: Act as the bridge between departments, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and committed to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Product Experience: 3+ years in a Product Manager role, ideally within the iGaming or digital entertainment industry.
- Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in leading projects from concept through to launch.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from user data, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional Standard: Proven ability to autonomously manage and prioritize multiple high-stakes initiatives with meticulous accuracy and a keen eye for detail.
- Passion for iGaming: A keen interest in online gaming and a solid understanding of player behaviors and trends.
