Product Manager

About the Position

Атлон Авіа, НВП, a leading company in unmanned aviation technology in Ukraine, is seeking a Product Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for product development and a knack for strategic planning, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Formulation of Product Vision: Define the strategic direction and create a detailed roadmap for product development.
• User Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of end-user needs, systematize feedback from testing and real-world scenarios.
• Product Requirements Development: Develop product requirements, prepare technical descriptions, specifications, and user stories for R&D, engineers, and developers.
• Task Prioritization: Prioritize backlog tasks and coordinate engineering teams to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Field Testing Participation: Participate in product field tests, demonstrations, and subsequent analysis to improve functionality.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, partners, military units, and investors to align on strategic vision and key priorities.
• Product Metrics Monitoring: Monitor product performance metrics and maintain up-to-date product documentation.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager in technology companies, preferably in hardware, deep-tech, or defense-tech sectors.
• Product Lifecycle Understanding: Comprehensive understanding of the full product creation cycle, from concept and research to implementation and scaling.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interaction skills with technical experts, R&D teams, and end-users.
• Technical Proficiency: Technical awareness or willingness to quickly master complex technical areas (electronics, aviation, military technologies).
• Work Environment: Readiness to work in a high-dynamic environment and travel for testing.

Nice to Have

• Technical Education: Technical education in areas such as aviation, radio engineering, mechatronics, etc.
• Military Technologies Knowledge: Practical knowledge in military technologies: ESM, telemetry, UAVs, stabilized platforms, Starlink, and other related areas.
• Military Collaboration Experience: Experience in direct collaboration with military units as end-users.
• English Proficiency: English language skills at the level of reading technical documentation and conducting business correspondence.
