Product Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with 5+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing to join our team in Cyprus or Poland. This role is Hybrid and offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing business group.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and evolution of Pin-Up Partners, including the Affiliate Portal, Internal Admin Panel, and Traffic Delivery Infrastructure.
• Drive product discovery by identifying business opportunities, validating customer problems, researching competitors, and transforming insights into valuable product initiatives.
• Work closely with Affiliate Managers, Traffic Acquisition teams, Media Buyers, and Internal Operations to deeply understand business challenges and convert them into scalable product solutions.
• Challenge business requests by identifying root problems, validating assumptions, and prioritizing initiatives based on expected business impact rather than stakeholder demand.
• Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog according to business value, strategic objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs.
• Analyze product performance using quantitative and qualitative data, monitor feature adoption, and continuously iterate based on customer feedback and product metrics.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Business Analysis, and Technical Leads throughout the entire product lifecycle to ensure successful implementation and high product quality.
• Evaluate delivered functionality, validate business outcomes after release, and ensure product initiatives achieve measurable results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including experience as a Senior Product Manager or equivalent.
• Strong experience in Affiliate Marketing products or platforms.
• Proven experience leading product discovery and validating customer problems before development.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to make product decisions based on data rather than assumptions.
• Experience working with product metrics, customer feedback, and feature adoption analysis.
• Ability to prioritize product initiatives based on business value and expected outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to challenge requirements constructively and identify the real business problem behind every feature request.
• Experience writing high-level product requirements, user flows, and acceptance criteria.

Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming.
• Experience working with traffic attribution, tracking systems, postbacks, redirects, or traffic routing infrastructure.
• Experience launching B2B SaaS or platform products.
• Strong understanding of experimentation and feature adoption measurement.
