Product Manager

About the Position

Aristocrat is seeking a dedicated Product Manager - Social (Digital Strategy Team) to help manage our Social business channel and be part of our ambitious team! Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product slot vision and strategy within our Social business
• Lead cross-functional teams to successfully implement product initiatives
• Conduct market research to determine customer needs and competitive landscape
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Prioritize features and improvements to deliver world-class user experiences
• Collaborate with engineering, build, and marketing teams to ensure flawless product launches
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data
• Build and present compelling product proposals to senior leadership
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development
• Drive product adoption through effective communication and training
• Analyze and report on important data to measure product success
• Advocate for the customer, ensuring their needs are met throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with 5+ years in a similar role
• Strong understanding of product management principles and practices
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
• Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's or equivalent experience preferred)
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing complex products
• Ability to strictly prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the industry
