Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Execution: Define and execute product strategy, identifying opportunities and prioritizing features that align with market needs and business goals.
• User Research & Insights: Conduct customer interviews and user research, along with data analysis, to understand customer pain points and validate product concepts.
• Requirements & Documentation: Develop detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories to guide development and ensure clear alignment with objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, customer success, sales, and marketing to bring features from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless, high-quality user experience.
• User Testing & Iteration: Gather user feedback, conduct usability testing, and iterate to continuously improve the product.
• Roadmap Management: Manage multiple product initiatives, ensuring projects are on track and communicating progress and challenges to stakeholders.
• Enhance the company’s outreach: Coordinate/participate in activities such as webinars, conferences, and other opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years as a B2B SaaS Product Manager, preferably with experience at a venture-backed SaaS company, Series A-Series C.
• Skills:
  • Payments and fintech experience is preferred
  • Experience with design systems and design software such as Figma
  • Technical knowledge of APIs and Webhooks
  • Experience both maturing existing products and incubating new ones from 0 to 1.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to partner effectively with founders and users of the software.
  • Team player who can work effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Ability to learn and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working in JIRA to manage the SDLC
