Product Manager

About the Position

Vira Games is an independent game company specializing in the development and publishing of mobile games. Our team is a creative alliance that combines experience, creativity, drive, and professionalism.

We are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding Vira Games projects to additional platforms.

Mission: Identify additional platforms for expansion, validate the profitability of existing projects on additional platforms, and subsequently port all projects, taking into account the specifics of the platforms, to ensure maximum profit at record speed. Continuously finding growth points and working to increase profit on platforms.

Responsibilities

Ensuring Profit on Additional Platforms

• Conduct market analysis to identify the most promising platforms for porting games.
• Formulate and manage the platform expansion roadmap.
• Validate the profitability of projects on additional platforms and subsequently port all games.
• Work with analytics-track project performance across platforms and report to stakeholders.
• Identify growth points and work to increase profit on platforms.

People Management

• Form a team capable of winning in record time.
• Effectively manage and coordinate development and marketing teams.
• Provide feedback on the work done by teams.
• Participate in the performance review of team members.

Skills and Expertise

• Deep knowledge of the Smart TV market and other platforms (primarily USA).
• Knowledge of platform specifics and differences (Tizen, WebOS, Roku TV, etc.).
• Expertise in monetization.
• Understanding of monetization and product metrics, ability to work with data and find growth points.
• Autonomy-full control and responsibility for direction.
• A leader who can inspire and maintain a high work pace through effective team management and process optimization.

Performance Metrics

• NET profit.
• Speed of validating profitability and scaling projects on additional platforms.
• Team engagement and retention level (eNPS).
