About the Position

Product Manager - Compliance (SG)

We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager - Compliance to join our crypto exchange team in Singapore. This role focuses on compliance and KYC features, ensuring a seamless user journey from registration to KYC and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Compliance, Engineering, and Design teams to ideate, build, and optimize the user journey, from registration to KYC and beyond.
• Plan the product roadmap for compliance-related features.
• Drive decision-making through quantitative analysis, qualitative research (including competitor research), and customer insights.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Compliance, Customer Service, Operations, etc.) to scale the business while ensuring a best-in-class user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science) or a design-related field (e.g., Design, Human-Computer Interaction).
• Experience in building and managing fintech-related compliance/KYC features and flows.
• Familiarity with the onboarding/KYC flows of crypto exchanges and fintech apps.
• Superior analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a data-driven environment and drive metrics to meet KPI goals.
