About the Position
Product Manager - Compliance (SG)
Singapore, Singapore
Crypto Exchange – Product / Full-time Employee / Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Work with Compliance, Engineering, and Design to ideate, build, and optimize our user journey, from registration to KYC and beyond
- Plan the product roadmap of related compliance side
- Drive strong decision-making through quantitative analysis, qualitative research (including competitor research), and customer insights
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Compliance, CS, Operations, etc.) to scale the business while ensuring a best-in-class user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science) or a design-related field (e.g., Design, Human-Computer Interaction)
- Experience building and managing fintech-related compliance/KYC features and flows
- Familiarity with the onboarding/KYC flows of crypto exchanges and fintech apps
- Superior analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions
- Demonstrated ability to work in a data-driven environment and move metrics to reach KPI goals
