We are seeking a commercially minded Product Manager – Connected Technology Solutions (CTS) to lead the strategy, marketing execution, and field engagement for a key portfolio within our ANZ business. This is an exciting opportunity for a product marketing professional who enjoys working cross-functionally with sales, clinical experts, and global teams to bring innovative healthcare technology solutions to market.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Market Growth
- Develop and execute the ANZ marketing strategy for the assigned CTS portfolio
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Drive market penetration and revenue growth through effective pricing and positioning strategies
- Support new product launches and portfolio expansion initiatives
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, sales tools and promotional activities
- Manage the development of portfolio content including brochures, catalogues, presentations, and digital materials
- Ensure all marketing assets align with global brand guidelines
Clinical Education & KOL Engagement
- Develop and execute clinical education (CE) programs in collaboration with the leadership team
- Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and dental professionals
- Ensure CE content supports the ANZ marketing strategy and delivers strong clinical engagement
Sales Enablement
- Provide product expertise and support to the sales team, including field visits when required
- Deliver product training and ensure strong product knowledge across internal teams and customers
- Partner with sales leaders to identify opportunities to improve performance and capability
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing Communications, Clinical Education, Operations and Global teams
- Support tender processes and key commercial initiatives
- Partner with Operations to optimise inventory management and minimise excess stock
Requirements
Essential
- Experience in Product Management or Product Marketing
- Background in medical devices, healthcare, dental, pharmaceutical, or B2B healthcare technology
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and support field sales teams
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Science, Medical or Pharmacy
- Experience working with clinical education programs or healthcare professionals
- Experience launching new products in regulated healthcare markets
