About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for the further development of our established e-commerce platform, which is used daily by tens of thousands of merchants across Europe.
You will work in a well-established and experienced team characterized by collegial and respectful collaboration. Together, you will develop the platform so that our merchants can successfully lead their shops into the future.
As part of our product management team, you will also work closely with other product managers and UX designers, shaping the further development of our product portfolio.
- Drive the development of our e-commerce platform and ensure that new features and optimizations create real added value for our merchants.
- Be responsible for the further development of our diverse partner integrations and prioritize requirements and requests clearly and systematically.
- Work closely with your experienced development team and ensure that requirements are understandable, realistic, and feasible.
- Evaluate user feedback, support requests, partner requirements, and data to make informed and pragmatic decisions.
- Coordinate with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders such as support, sales, marketing, and application management.
- Prioritize clearly-even under high demand-and ensure your team can work with focus.
- Work in a solution-oriented and structured manner, with a keen understanding of our merchants' needs.
- Explore what will make merchants successful in the future and the role AI can play in e-commerce-and derive meaningful insights for the platform's further development.
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce and understanding the needs and challenges of retailers.
- Strong technical skills and ability to clearly define requirements for platform functions and integrations.
- Reliable and systematic work, with a knack for making clear decisions-even when multiple tasks are pending simultaneously.
- Proactive, with the ability to recognize early on which tasks should be prioritized and drive projects forward independently.
- Open to modern technologies and using AI tools to make work more efficient and gain new perspectives.
- Keen sense of user needs and a desire to develop products that offer real added value in everyday life.
- Clear and respectful communication, with excellent German language skills.
