  • Travel to Korea as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven capability to collaborate across engineering, finance, and business teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills along with stakeholder management abilities.
  • Capacity to navigate ambiguity, establish clarity, and achieve results in a fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable experience.
  • Fluency in business English; Korean language proficiency is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • MBA, Engineering degree, or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Background in e-commerce, marketplace, or two-sided platform businesses.
  • Understanding of accounting, tax, treasury, or compliance processes within a multinational context.
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and platform-focused product development.

    • Paid time off
    • Flexible benefits
    • Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
