About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of our cutting-edge quantum sensing measurement systems for semiconductor inspection. You will be responsible for translating customer and market needs into clear product requirements and owning the roadmap for our QDm product line.
Responsibilities
- Own Product Requirements: Gather needs from customers, the field, the market, and internal stakeholders, and turn them into clear, prioritized, solution-neutral requirements.
- Establish Requirements Engineering Tooling: Select and set up how we capture, trace, and maintain requirements, from customer need through specification to verification.
- Maintain the QDm Roadmap: Propose what gets built and in what order, making trade-offs explicit and aligning decisions with the management team.
- Collaborate with Applications Team: Work on customer interactions and evaluations, translating what you learn into requirements.
- Define Acceptance Criteria: For each requirement, define criteria from the customer's point of view so it is clear and testable when the need is met.
- Align with Product Development: Ensure scope and timing are aligned, and hand solution-neutral requirements into engineering.
- Support Go-to-Market: Provide input on positioning, pricing, launch readiness, and documentation scope.
Requirements
- Experience: Several years in product management for complex hardware or capital equipment, ideally in semiconductor, metrology, or a comparable deep-tech environment.
- Skills:
- Ability to write clear product requirements.
- Ability to communicate with both customers and engineers.
- Technical depth to hold credible conversations with product designers.
- Structured prioritization skills.
- Background: A technical or scientific background is typical. The working language is English.
Nice to Have
- Semiconductor Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with fabs, IDMs, OSATs, inspection, metrology, or failure analysis.
- SEMI Standards: Familiarity with SEMI standards and fab tool integration.
- Requirements Management Tool Setup: Experience selecting or setting up a requirements management tool.
- Quantum Sensing: A working understanding of quantum sensing, optics, or precision instrumentation.
We Offer
- Mission: Contribute to meaningful work that goes beyond business as usual.
- Impact & Growth: Shape our culture, influence key decisions, and grow alongside a fast-scaling company.
- Health & Fitness: Access to countless gyms, classes, and wellness offers across Germany.
- Team & Culture: Be part of a collaborative and supportive environment with regular off-sites and team events.

- Learning & Development: An annual budget dedicated to courses, conferences, and resources to expand your skills.
- Ownership & Participation: Share in our success through our equity program.
