About the Role

The Gaming Experience team at LeoVegas Group is responsible for the end-to-end player journey across casino, live casino, and gamification products. Serving millions of players across numerous regulated markets and multiple brands (LeoVegas, BetMGM, and others), the team is integral to the company's success.

As a Product Manager, you will take full ownership of one or more product areas, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, commercial, and operations teams. You will translate high-level vision into actionable Roadmaps and report to the Head of Gaming Experience.


Responsibilities

  • End-to-end product ownership: Manage a dedicated customer-facing gaming experience product area from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Setting the mission, vision, and product strategy.
  • Building an in-depth understanding of our customers: Including their needs, motivations, and the most effective initiatives to engage them.
  • Writing and maintaining PRDs: With clear requirements, phased scoping, and market-specific considerations.
  • Grooming and prioritizing backlogs: With engineering teams, running refinement sessions, and ensuring tickets are dev-ready with proper acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborating with design: To define user flows, review prototypes, and validate solutions through research insights and data.
  • Coordinating multi-market releases: Across web and native platforms, managing dependencies with market cluster teams, QA, and release management.
  • Partnering with BI and data teams: To define KPIs, monitor product performance, and use data to drive prioritization decisions.
  • Managing stakeholder communication: Across commercial, operations, compliance, and leadership.
  • Participating in cross-team rituals: Standups, sprint reviews, and design reviews.
  • Exploring the market to identify opportunities: And represent the voice of the customer to the team.

Requirements

  • Product management experience in a B2C digital product environment.
  • iGaming industry experience with understanding of casino, live casino, or sportsbook verticals. Experience of a similar role with online betting.
  • Experience with gamification mechanics (tournaments, missions, loyalty/progression systems, jackpots).
  • Strong technical fluency: Ability to collaborate effectively with frontend and backend engineers, understand API integrations, CMS architecture, and platform dependencies.
  • Proven ability to write clear PRDs and manage complex backlogs in Jira or equivalent tools, communicating clearly and concisely across technology and business teams.
  • Data-driven mindset: Comfortable using BI tools (e.g., Tableau and Mixpanel) to extract insights, define metrics, and validate hypotheses. You know how to translate quantitative data, A/B-testing results, and qualitative insights into decisions.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills: Ability to align engineering, design, commercial, and operations stakeholders with different priorities.
  • A high level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and a customer value-driven mindset.
  • Great communicational skills in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and content operations workflows in a multi-brand setup.
  • Background in UX research collaboration, leveraging user testing, usability studies, and player behavior data to inform product decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks in a live product environment.
  • Understanding of personalization and recommendation systems (player segmentation, dynamic content).
  • Exposure to product development lifecycle frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Miro, or Confluence for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Good understanding of software architecture.
