About the Position
Product Manager HelpIQ || Remote Role
We are seeking a Product Manager for HelpIQ to drive the continued evolution of our AI-powered IT help experience in Slack. This role will manage product requirements, roadmap prioritization, rollout planning, success metrics, and rapid iteration as HelpIQ becomes the primary entry point for IT support.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day product management, backlog, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive the continued evolution of HelpIQ.
- Manage product requirements and roadmap.
- Plan rollout and measure success metrics.
- Facilitate rapid iteration as HelpIQ becomes the primary entry point for IT support.
Requirements
- Product Management: Proven experience in product management.
