Product Manager (Hospitality Tech/Premium marketplaces)

About the Position

We are building a high-end digital ecosystem dedicated to the elite echelon of global society, offering world-class curated super-homes, tailored elite experiences, and premium lifestyle management. We are looking for a core Product Manager (strictly a Product role, not a Project manager) to take absolute ownership of our next-generation luxury rental portal and membership infrastructure.

The ideal candidate is an agile, proactive, and energetic product leader who has hands-on, active experience with AI technologies. You know how to implement and leverage processes using AI models. You are a "live", dynamic professional with impeccable communication skills, capable of translating complex technologies into invisible, elegant luxury experiences.

Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Roadmap: Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for our core luxury rental marketplace, tailoring the digital journey to ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), premium homeowners, and global affiliates.
• Advanced AI Integration: Architect and actively integrate AI/ML functionalities to optimize processes.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the primary nexus between elite domain experts (hospitality, luxury travel, property management), UX/UI designers, and backend engineering teams to ensure flawless, high-fidelity platform delivery.
• Data & Behavior Analytics: Analyze user journeys, conversion funnels, and retention metrics within our exclusive membership club to iteratively refine features and predict client needs.
• Global Collaboration: Coordinate with international partners and stakeholders. Due to working across global destinations and time zones, this role requires participating in late-evening syncs and conference calls.

Requirements

• Proven Product Ownership: 3-5+ years of digital product management experience within high-end PropTech, luxury marketplaces, boutique FinTech, or elite travel/concierge digital products.
• Active AI/ML Background: Practical, direct experience building features fueled by Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), or advanced personalization algorithms.
• "Live" & Proactive Persona: A vibrant, autonomous, and resilient professional who takes full accountability, thrives under minimal supervision, and brings high energy to the team.
• Luxury Market Sensibility: A deep understanding of digital aesthetics, elegant UX patterns, and the absolute requirement for privacy, safety, and discretion when catering to elite clients.
• Impeccable Communication: Fluent/Advanced English speaker with strong presentation skills, capable of bridging technical engineering scripts with high-end brand narratives.
• Schedule Flexibility: Absolute readiness and comfort with a flexible schedule that includes late/evening calls to sync with global cross-functional teams.
