Product Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine, focusing on affiliate marketing and product management.

Responsibilities

Operational and Product Support

• Operational and product support for the affiliate direction
• Ordering marketing bonuses and special offers from partners, maintaining and updating the database of such offers
• Ordering creatives, organizing the preparation of translations and adaptations
• Verifying the correctness of information placement on advertising and partner resources

Analytics and Reporting

• Collecting statistics on brands, partners, and campaigns
• Generating regular reports for internal use
• Monitoring data correctness, identifying anomalies and potential risks

Technical Responsibilities

• Supporting the stable operation of the affiliate platform
• Reporting bugs, monitoring their processing and resolution
• Collecting and systematizing improvement suggestions for the affiliate program
• Working with TDS tracker: checking settings, traffic route logic, participating in optimization
• Working with domains (connection, replacement, monitoring correct operation)
• Working with CloudFlare (basic settings, availability checks, domain interaction)
• Supporting product users: receiving and processing requests, coordinating the resolution of technical issues

Requirements

• A desire to learn and develop in the direction of affiliate marketing and product management
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (MS Excel / Google Sheets)
• Attention to detail and ability to work with technical information

Nice to Have

• General knowledge of internet marketing and the affiliate model
• Experience with TDS or trackers
• Understanding of basic technical processes (domains, redirects, CDN, site availability)
• Experience in affiliate marketing, iGaming vertical
• English at the pre-intermediate / intermediate level
