About the Position

Product Manager - Senior

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in performance marketing, promo-tech, martech, or growth-related domains. Join our fast-growing business group and be part of a multicultural team of top professionals.

Location: Hybrid (Kyiv, Warsaw, Limassol, Yerevan)

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for the Affiliate Promo Department.
• Work with high-level statistics, analytics, and product performance metrics.
• Define the strategic direction of the department and identify growth opportunities.
• Organize and oversee A/B testing processes: hypothesis generation, launch, analysis, and implementation of successful experiments.
• Optimize internal tools and workflows related to promo materials and promo operations.
• Coordinate work across Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering teams.
• Build and maintain the product roadmap for promo-related initiatives.
• Identify and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of product changes on key business metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing initiatives based on business impact.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with high-level statistics, product metrics, and dashboards to make data-driven decisions.
• Hands-on experience designing, launching, and analyzing A/B tests.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, promo operations, and user acquisition processes.
• Experience defining product strategy and building product roadmaps.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Analytics, Design, Engineering, and Operations.
• Strong organizational and process management skills.
• English proficiency – Intermediate+.

Nice to Have

• Experience building or improving internal tools and admin systems.
• Experience with promo campaign automation systems.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics.
• Background in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or adtech.
• Experience conducting product research and customer development interviews.
