About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our team in Ukraine. This role is fully remote and focuses on developing and scaling digital products.

Responsibilities

  • Requirements & Task Definition: Translates business requirements, based on input from the Product Owner and stakeholders, into clear technical specifications and actionable tasks, including detailed descriptions and acceptance criteria.
  • Documentation: Creates and maintains product documentation in Confluence, including requirements, updates, and release notes.
  • Release Support & Roadmap Alignment: Collaborates with the Product Owner and development team on release planning, defines release scope based on priorities, dependencies, and customer needs, and keeps the roadmap up to date.
  • Team Collaboration: Works closely with the Product Owner and development team to clarify requirements, address questions, and facilitate communication to ensure effective delivery.
  • Market & Domain Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes related to EOR services.
  • Product Insights & Metrics: Tracks product usage, customer feedback, and key metrics to support ongoing improvements and prioritization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Product Management, with experience in developing and scaling digital products/platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Requirements gathering: Ability to gather requirements, manage expectations, and engage with the Product Owner, internal stakeholders, and customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product features.
  • Self-driven, with proven ability to push new initiatives and manage ongoing projects.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong focus on user experience and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • English: At least upper-intermediate level.
  • Agile / SCRUM experience: Working within SCRUM practices, including participation in roadmap reviews, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Tools: Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Amplitude (or similar analytics tools).
