Product Manager - Ledger & Reporting

About the Position

We are looking for a Product Manager - Ledger & Reporting to join our team at BVNK, a Mastercard company. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and delivery for the Reporting & Customer Reconciliation subdomain within BVNK's Ledger domain. This role is pivotal in ensuring that BVNK's customers and internal teams can see, understand, and trust their financial data.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Reporting & Customer Reconciliation, aligning with the broader Ledger domain mission and company objectives.
• Drive transaction report fee breakdowns by defining requirements and working with engineering to ensure proper inclusion of both real-time and invoiced fees.
• Build the customer reconciliation product by defining and delivering customer-facing reconciliation endpoints and reporting surfaces.
• Improve internal financial reporting by partnering with Finance, Reconciliation, and Operations to deliver standardized reports and views.
• Collaborate across domains to ensure reporting data is consistent and accurate end-to-end.
• Define reporting for multi-entity and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with MiCA safekeeping, EMI reconciliation, and other regulatory obligations.
• Own stakeholder relationships by serving as the primary product contact for Reporting & Customer Reconciliation.
• Measure and iterate by defining and tracking KPIs for reporting accuracy, customer adoption, and internal stakeholder satisfaction.
• Ship with quality by writing clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and participating in architecture reviews and technical design submissions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Deep understanding of financial data and reporting.
• Experience building internal and customer-facing data products.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data-driven decision making.
• Technical fluency with tools like Snowflake, QuickSight, or similar BI/data warehousing platforms.
• Experience in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Remote-first mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with regulated financial services and compliance reporting requirements.
• Background in B2B payments platforms, stablecoin infrastructure, or crypto-adjacent products.
• Familiarity with reconciliation platforms and financial ledger systems.
• Experience working with multi-tenant architectures and entity-level data segregation.
• Understanding of event-driven data pipelines and how they impact data consistency in reporting.
• Product experience with self-serve billing or invoicing platforms.

Compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.

Salary Range: €90.000 - €115.000 EUR
