Product Manager (Moderation & Admin Panel)
Mayflower is a technology company that is revolutionizing the entertainment industry by introducing new levels of perception and engagement.
We are developing a high-load partner advertising system with a large RPS, featuring a convenient and modern interface. Our exponential growth and successful implementation of new technologies are accelerating this growth and enhancing the system as a whole.
We are now seeking a Product Manager to join our Trust & Safety Team.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for the Admin Panel and Moderation tools, focusing on improving efficiency, scalability, and accuracy across all moderation workflows.
- Collaborate with Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Engineering teams to develop best-in-class tooling for the moderation team, including solutions for potential violation detection and moderation workflow automation.
- Work closely with Moderation, Customer Support, Legal, Compliance, and Trust & Safety teams to ensure alignment with global regulations and industry best practices.
- Design and deliver moderator-facing solutions that balance platform safety and regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR, DSA, DMCA, and age verification) with intuitive, efficient workflows and UX optimized for speed, accuracy, and ease of use.
- Use data-driven decision-making to monitor moderation accuracy, efficiency, and impact, and continuously iterate on tooling improvements.
- Partner with Design, Product, and Business Analysis teams to deliver scalable features that empower internal teams and reduce risk exposure.
- Stay ahead of evolving risks, industry standards, and moderation technologies, introducing automation and AI/ML-assisted workflows where appropriate.
- Act as the voice of moderators and internal stakeholders, ensuring their needs are translated into effective product solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in Content moderation, Trust & Safety, or related domains.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to use data to identify risks, measure performance, and optimize workflows.
- Ability to operate at the intersection of technical complexity and human-centered workflows, balancing efficiency with fairness and compliance.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Moderation, Legal, Compliance, Data, and Engineering.
- Curiosity and adaptability to quickly understand regulatory frameworks, risk management practices, and evolving safety challenges.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex moderation concepts and compliance requirements to diverse audiences.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to inspire and guide teams in a sensitive and high-responsibility domain.
- Languages: Russian (fluent), English (C1 or higher).
