About the Position
We are seeking a Product Manager (m/w/d) to join our innovative team at claimsforce, the leading fully digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for claims in the insurance industry. If you are passionate about transforming the claims experience in the insurance world and are ready to drive change, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities
- Interface directly with customers and stakeholders
- Identify and understand customer problems
- Work closely with a cross-functional team including engineers, product designers, business intelligence analysts, and domain experts to deliver product outcomes
- Communicate and guide teams towards product vision and outcomes

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in high-performing, cross-functional tech teams that have shipped products at scale as a Product Manager, Developer, Product Designer, or similar role
- Native or fluent in German, as well as in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of learning methodologies and technology and how they might be applied to solve relevant problems for our users
