About the Position

We are looking for a Product Manager (m/w/d) to join our innovative team at FinLink, a SaaS-CRM platform for mortgage brokers. As part of the Bilthouse Group, we empower brokers to manage customer relationships, loan inquiries, and the entire mortgage process efficiently and digitally.

Our product is continuously evolving, and we are increasingly leveraging Artificial Intelligence to simplify manual processes, automate repetitive tasks, and significantly reduce the workload of our clients.

About the Role

As a Product Manager (m/w/d), you will develop our SaaS platform together with Engineering and Design. You will identify user needs, set priorities, and guide features from idea to release. You will discover where AI creates real value and actively contribute your own ideas.

You will take responsibility for your product area, work closely with experienced Product Managers, and actively shape our product development.

Responsibilities

• Shape Product Requirements: You will analyze customer feedback, usage data, and stakeholder requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive Features Forward: Together with Engineering, UX/Design, and Compliance, you will oversee the development of new features from conception to release.
• Set Priorities: You will maintain and prioritize the product backlog and actively participate in refinements, sprint reviews, and prioritization workshops.
• Make Data-Driven Decisions: You will use product analytics and user feedback to identify improvement potentials, test hypotheses, and substantiate product decisions.
• Strengthen Collaboration: You will be the central contact person for product-related questions within your team and ensure transparent coordination with stakeholders and other product teams.
• Use AI Meaningfully: You will utilize AI tools in your daily work, for example, for product discovery, analysis, or the creation of specifications, and share your experiences and insights with the team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in Product Management, as a Product Owner, or in a comparable role-ideally in a tech or SaaS company.
• Ability to structure complex technical requirements and translate them into understandable, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analytical thinking, user-oriented work, and the use of data and feedback to make product decisions and set priorities.
• Clear communication, ability to bring together different perspectives, and a willingness to work closely with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, active use of AI tools, and a desire to further explore their potential in the product environment.
• Fluent in German and good English skills.

Nice to Have

• Initial experience with AI-supported product features, such as LLM-based applications or automated document processing.
• Knowledge in the financial, FinTech, or another regulated environment.
