About the Position
We are looking for an IT Product Manager for the Generic Means digital product at ING Hubs Romania. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the global product roadmap and ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Generic Means product at a global scale, managing short and long-term roadmaps, continuous improvements, and ensuring productization and feature coverage.
- Understand the aspects of a global product to facilitate consumer usage and integration, and to cover new business scenarios.
- Align with key stakeholders and manage dependencies in the process chain.
- Provide purpose, context, priorities, and direction to the product teams.
- Design processes and detail product specifications in line with standardized and scalable principles.
- Develop requirements throughout the product development in the form of Epics and Features.
- Create and lead the planning of product releases, coordinating with other interdependent teams and communicating with stakeholders.
- Play an active role in identifying, mitigating, and communicating impediments impacting the successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
- Enable consumers to have a great onboarding experience, guiding them through features and functionalities from start to finish.
- Contribute to improving the adoption of services, measuring consumer experience through metrics, and rethinking the onboarding flow based on feedback.
Requirements

Mandatory:
- 3-5 years of experience working as a Product Owner/Manager for innovating products in a technology environment/software solution.
- IT products delivery experience or technical studies in Computer Science/Economic Cybernetics, etc.
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Agile Scrum experience.
- Good presentation skills for explaining the product and the ability to analyze if a feature is a good candidate for all global consumers.
- Ability to define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them towards the product team.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams, and bridging the gap between both.
- Excellent communication skills, proactive, and easy to approach attitude.
- A person that takes timely and informative decisions.
- Foreign languages: English (advanced).

Nice to Have:
- Understanding of authentication and security domain in web and mobile applications.
- Technical understanding of different levels of abstraction and systems you work with.
- Experience with microservices and Cloud technology.
- Backlog management from Azure DevOps.
- Education: nice to have Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in an IT-related field.
