About the Position
IT Product Manager - One Gate Generic Means @ING Hubs Romania
We are looking for an IT Product Manager to join our team at ING Hubs Romania. As a Product Manager for the “Generic Means” digital product, you will be responsible for the short and long-term roadmap, quarterly planning, and ensuring alignment with several stakeholders. Your role will involve managing dependencies, providing direction to product teams, and ensuring a great onboarding experience for consumers.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Generic Means product at a global scale, managing short and long-term roadmaps.
- Understand and facilitate the global product usage and integration.
- Align with key stakeholders and manage dependencies in the process chain.
- Partner with product area leads and tech chapter leads to create and maintain a product backlog.
- Design processes and detail product specifications in line with standardized principles.
- Develop requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Create and lead the planning of product releases, coordinating with other teams and communicating with stakeholders.
- Identify, mitigate, and communicate impediments impacting the successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
- Enable consumers to have a great onboarding experience and guide them through features and functionalities.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience working as a Product Owner/Manager for innovating products in a technology environment/software solution.
- Mandatory Tech stack/ knowledge:
- IT products delivery experience or technical studies in Computer Science/Economic Cybernetics.
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Agile Scrum experience.
- Good presentation skills for explaining the product and the ability to analyze if a feature is a good candidate for all global consumers.
- Ability to define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them towards the product team.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams.
- Excellent communication skills, proactive and easy to approach attitude.
- A person that takes timely and informative decisions.
- Languages: English (advanced).
Nice to Have
- Understanding of authentication and security domain in web and mobile applications.
- Technical understanding of different levels of abstraction and systems.
- Experience with microservices and Cloud technology.
- Backlog management from Azure Dev Ops.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in an IT-related field.
