Product Manager

About the Position

We are looking for a Product Manager with experience in building and developing products who can successfully navigate in a dynamic environment to join our team in Gdańsk, Poland.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Product Management
• Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or technology platforms
• Customer-oriented, understanding user needs and problems, and able to translate them into specific product requirements
• Fluent in data and metrics. Experienced in defining KPIs, conducting A/B tests, and making data-driven decisions
• Experience in discovery and validation processes
• Ability to quickly iterate using prototypes, AI-supported tools, and experiments to validate the direction of development early on
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practical experience working with development teams
• Fluent in English (B2 level)

Nice to Have

• Experience in scaling operations in a high-growth environment

Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you will not only manage but primarily create and develop our digital products. Your role will be strategic and decision-making. You will be responsible for:

• Defining the product vision and strategy: You will develop a clear vision, goals, and product development strategy based on in-depth market analysis, user needs, and business objectives.
• Managing the entire product lifecycle: From concept, through planning and overseeing development (including defining requirements and prioritizing tasks), to implementation and optimization.
• Ensuring excellent user experience: You will implement effective strategies that increase product adoption and long-term user engagement.
• Data-driven approach and experimentation: You will define and monitor key metrics, conduct A/B tests, and use data to optimize the product.
• Cross-team collaboration: You will work closely with development teams, marketing, customer support, and caterers, ensuring consistency between the product and operational reality.
