Product Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team in Kraków, Poland, focusing on optimizing product value and reducing time to market.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the client in a cross-functional Scrum team aimed at optimizing delivered value and shortening time to market.
• Verifying current stakeholder needs and proposing optimal solutions.
• Co-creating the product vision with the client and the team.
• Making daily decisions that save days, weeks, and months of development.
• Managing the product backlog.
• Ensuring the profitability of the venture and cost optimization.
• Modeling and promoting a business-oriented/client-oriented approach.

Requirements

• Ability to formulate the product's purpose and vision and manage requirements to optimize cost/delivered value.
• Ability to operate both at a strategic level (CxO) and an operational level (Scrum teams, understanding technical aspects). Understanding how and why Scrum works.
• Ability to build truly partner-like relationships with stakeholders (internal and external) and experience working in an international environment.
• Proficiency in Polish and English at the B2+/C1 level.
