About the Position
On behalf of our client, one of the world's 20 leading pharmaceutical companies, we are looking for a successful candidate to fill the **PRODUCT MANAGER (Rx) **position in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the market, trends, and competition regularly and initiate appropriate solutions to increase business opportunities.
- Marketing strategy development and implementation in Ukraine for the assigned cardio products.
- Provide a high-level analysis of potential business and marketing opportunities coming from different market insights (i.e., market research, industry, and customer trends) and develop channel-specific strategies.
- Develop and manage related marketing budgets most effectively.
- Analyze and evaluate the efficiency of promotional costs.
- Monitor the promotion of marketing objectives, strategies, and advertising tactics.
- Develop ongoing liaison with key opinion leaders, patient support groups, and other healthcare organizations to ensure that significant developments in the field are identified and monitored.
- Plan and organize the company's participation in targeted events (conferences, roundtables, advisory panels, etc.)
- Initiate projects/programs that produce favorable bottom-line results.
- Manage brands' sales forecasts and track product performance.
Requirements
- University degree in Medicine/Pharmacy.
- At least two years experience in a Product Manager Rx position in innovative global or middle-sized European pharmaceutical companies.
- Rx portfolio PM experience will be a huge advantage.
- Positive attitude, optimism, open communication, and desire to grow professionally.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills are required to represent requirements to cross-functional teams and partner with stakeholders.
- English: Upper-Intermediate.
