About the Position

Product Manager Seller Experience

Shape the future of ticket resale by helping fans sell any valid ticket safely, regardless of the type of ticket.

Job Description

At TicketSwap, we’re on a mission to be the experience marketplace every fan loves. By bringing fans and experiences together on our marketplace, we enable fans to go to more events they love and support organisers in building lasting success.

With more than 19 million fans across 42 countries, the ticketing industry is changing fast. New ticket fulfilment technologies such as closed ecosystems, ticket transfers, mobile tickets, and evolving partner requirements are reshaping how tickets are bought and sold.

As Product Manager for Seller Experience, you'll help TicketSwap stay ahead of these changes. You'll define how fans successfully sell tickets on TicketSwap today, while building the foundations that allow us to support the resale technologies of tomorrow.
