Product Manager, Trading Systems

About the Position

We are seeking a Product Manager for Trading Systems to join our global team at Binance. As a leading global blockchain ecosystem, Binance is trusted by over 300 million people in 100+ countries. Our mission is to increase the freedom of money and financial access for people around the world.

Responsibilities

• Set the product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems.
• Improve core systems like matching engine, risk engines, pricing models for derivatives products including but not limited to Futures, Margin, Options, Event Contracts, etc.
• Work with the trading engineering teams to turn complex trading needs into technical solutions.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from planning to release and ongoing/new feature launch.
• Monitor backend performance and fix issues before they impact users.
• Ensure systems comply with standards, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

• Preferred: Product experience
• Deep understanding of Financial products like Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, options, etc.
• Technical or quantitative background (e.g., CS, Financial Engineering, Math).
• Ability to understand trading logics, risk methods, and translate them into product requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to coordinate with global stakeholders and overseas partners.
