We are seeking a Product Manager for Service to join our team in Paderborn, focusing on battery storage market trends and innovative service development.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities in the battery storage sector and derive new business opportunities.
- Continuously develop our service portfolio and create innovative services for the energy transition of tomorrow.
- Manage the development of our pricing strategies and create the foundation for economically successful service products.
- Work closely with the Sales, Engineering, Service, and Finance teams to ensure the successful implementation of new products and services.
- Define meaningful KPIs and manage the performance of our services based on relevant metrics.
- Support the preparation of technical and commercial offers, contributing directly to sales success.
- Identify new business models and develop customer-oriented solutions for commercial, industrial, and grid customers.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in product management, ideally in energy storage, renewable energy, or technical services.
- Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of market and customer requirements.
- Experience in developing pricing strategies and business cases.
- Technical understanding of battery storage solutions and energy economic contexts.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different departments.
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style.
- Hands-on mentality, initiative, and implementation strength.
