About the Position
J-VERS is a programmatic job advertising agency that helps employers find the right candidates in any industry by optimizing the hiring process. Founded in 2023, the company has grown 5x, building a fully remote team that serves over 150 enterprise clients across the US and EU through AI-powered advertising technology.
We’re transforming how companies hire - and we’re just getting started. Want in? Join us as the first Product Marketing Manager and help build a product-driven company from the ground up. Work directly with leadership, shape GTM and brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop the marketing strategy aligned with J-Vers business goals.
- Define product value proposition and messaging for target segments (ICP).
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to shape differentiation.
- Prepare GTM plans for feature releases, create landing pages, and communication assets.
- Create full sales-enablement suite: decks, one-pagers, battlecards.
- Build the first inbound flow (lead magnets, LinkedIn/social/email campaigns, MQL → SQL).
- Support Affiliate program: landing creation, partner messaging, promotion materials.
- Gather market signals and work with Product Team on roadmap input and feature prioritization.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Product Marketing / B2B Marketing / SaaS.
- Experience launching GTM and building product positioning.
- Understanding of sales processes (MQL, SQL, lead scoring).
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- English: Upper-Intermediate+.
