Product Marketing Manager

About the Position

Kyivstar.Tech is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for their TutTam project, a FoodTech service marketplace. TutTam is a platform where establishments can sell surplus products, and users can purchase quality food or services at significant discounts.

The ideal candidate will help build the product's marketing strategy, shape its positioning, launch new features, and work on growing key product metrics alongside the product, marketing, and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and develop the product positioning for TutTam for various audiences.
• Develop and implement Go-to-Market strategies for launching new features and services.
• Analyze the market, competitors, users, and product trends.
• Research user needs, conduct Customer Research, and analyze insights.
• Formulate Value Proposition and key marketing messages.
• Work with the team to increase user activation, conversion, retention, and repeat purchases.
• Participate in the development of user onboarding, CRM communications, and customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with PPC, CRM, Design, Product, and Sales teams to implement marketing activities.
• Analyze the effectiveness of new feature launches and marketing campaigns, and form recommendations for improvement.
• Work with product and marketing metrics, participate in the formation of growth hypotheses and their verification.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Product Marketer, or Marketing Manager in digital products.
• Experience working with marketplaces or two-sided digital platforms.
• Experience developing mobile applications.
• Understanding of product marketing principles and the product lifecycle.
• Experience in competitive analysis and market research. Experience in product positioning and value propositions.
• Understanding of product metrics (Activation, Retention, Conversion, LTV, CAC, ARPU).
• Experience working with product, marketing, and analytics teams.
• Ability to work with data and make decisions based on it.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Firebase, Amplitude, or similar analytics systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in FoodTech, eCommerce, or HoReCa.
• Experience in building CRM communications and Customer Lifecycle Marketing.
• Practical experience in Customer Research, JTBD, or CustDev.
• Experience working with startups or fast-growing products.
• Understanding of ASO, SEO, WEB/App Marketing.
• Experience launching referral programs, loyalty programs, or growth mechanics.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or product analysis.
