Product Marketing Manager

About the Position

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who goes beyond running campaigns - someone who thinks in terms of business impact.

In this role, you will shape and execute the marketing strategy for flagship technology products, where every decision counts - from budget planning to launching lead generation initiatives.

You’ll work at the intersection of analytics, creativity, and communication, working closely with vendors, the sales team, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a lead generation strategy for flagship cyber products - together with vendors and the sales team
• Market monitoring: analyzing competitors, target audience needs, and new trends
• Planning the marketing budget and controlling the effectiveness of investments
• Evaluating campaign results (CPL, ROI, conversions), optimizing promotion channels
• Organizing webinars, trainings, and events - from idea to follow-up - with subsequent participation
• Launching and supporting marketing activities: creative designs, targeting, working with contractors
• Joint activities with partners and clients - planning, coordination, launch

Requirements

• Strategic thinking, the ability to form a holistic picture and prioritize effectively
• Strong task formulation skills and the ability to work efficiently with contractors and internal teams
• Ability to build campaign logic - from hypothesis to implementation, considering business goals
• Confident work with digital tools: web analytics, email marketing, SMM, PPC
• Experience coordinating both online and offline events - from planning to follow-up
• Background in B2B or IT marketing and understanding market specifics
• Fluent English communication with vendors and partners
• A mindset open to experimentation and testing hypotheses
• Passion for marketing - driving meaning and purpose in every initiative
