About the Position
Futurra Group, a Ukrainian multi-product IT company, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team. Since 2016, we have been launching and scaling cross-platform products for the global market. Today, our applications are used by over 100 million people worldwide.
Our key focus is on MusesAcademy, a Lifestyle EdTech app for women that helps them overcome daily challenges through personalized learning programs and practical tools.
Responsibilities
- Formulate hypotheses and run A/B tests to improve web funnels.
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to gather insights and enhance user engagement.
- Launch new web funnels to attract new audiences.
- Manage tasks from idea to completion, providing detailed specifications for designers, developers, and more.
- Work with analytics, making data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Experience in roles requiring data analysis and information research.
- Critical thinking skills: ability to break down complex tasks, distinguish between important and secondary tasks, and formulate hypotheses.
- Accountability: not afraid of mistakes and able to draw conclusions.
- English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate+ level, as our market and quizzes are in English.
- Desire to build a career in IT and seeking an entry point.
- Based in Kyiv (or planning to relocate) and comfortable with a hybrid work format.
