Product Marketing Manager (RnD)

About the Position
Join Gismart as a Product Marketing Manager to drive growth and optimize user engagement in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the full funnel from first screen to purchase – identify conversion bottlenecks and ship fixes
- Drive in-app onboarding conversion: optimize first-session flow, activation steps, time-to-value, and the path to paywall
- Run monetization experiments: pricing, paywalls, subscription mechanics
- Propose and validate conversion optimization hypotheses across the funnel
- Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests to lift user engagement and funnel efficiency
- Build a structured experimentation process – prioritize tests by impact and speed, document insights, and shorten time to launch
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to spot product improvement opportunities and growth angles
- Partner with designers and the creative team for fast implementation of changes
- Monitor core performance metrics (CR by step, trial-to-paid, ARPU, refund rate, retention) and turn movements into actions
- Deliver clear performance updates: what works, what doesn’t, what scales, what gets cut
- Think strategically – understand competitors, market trends, and what truly motivates users to convert
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing Manager for a web consumer product
- Strong analytical skills: confident reading funnels, cohorts, and A/B test results
- Solid understanding of subscription / freemium business models
- Experience launching features or products to market end-to-end
- Excellent written English – copy, messaging, in-product text
- Self-starter mindset for zero-to-one environments
