Product Marketing Manager/Product owner

About the Position

We are seeking a proactive Product Marketing Manager/Product owner with strong problem-solving abilities and passion for a product to join our Ukrainian nutrition startup. Backed up with an international team of doctors, smart algorithms, and IT, we support the mental and physical state of people in harsh urban environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, approve, and implement the company’s commercial strategy.
• Build a system of operational performance tracking.
• Understand users and market needs for the product.
• Generate and present ideas to develop the product.
• Define and reach business goals for the product.
• Long-term road mapping and planning.
• Describe new functionality and features in a friendly and comprehensive way to users.
• Understand the customer journey.
• Understand customer development.
• Develop and implement market acquisition plan.
• Work with various teams and contractors (marketing, development, etc.).
• High creativity and ability to formulate a unique and distinct vision of the product for potential customers.
• Achieve KPIs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in commercial management experience in online business.
• Professional experience in online and offline business.
• Good knowledge in BA area.
• Understanding of Acquisition, CAC, Retention, Churn, conversion, and other key product metrics and how to influence them.
• Experience in working with software development teams, online applications, and marketing.
• Experience writing user stories.
• Experience with UI/UX.
• Experience of team management of 5+ people.
• Advanced and above level of English.
