Product Monetization Manager

About the Position

We’re on the hunt for a sharp and creative Product Monetization Manager to join our team!

In this role, you'll play a key part in maximizing revenue while ensuring a fun, rewarding experience for our players. You’ll help shape how monetization fits into the game-both through ongoing optimization and by designing new strategies and features that align with player behavior and company goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement monetization strategies for new and existing game features.
• Work with the Economy, analytics, and LiveOps teams to define feature rollouts, in-game economy balance, promotional planning, and communication.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation for monetization strategies and LiveOps features.
• Identify opportunities to improve monetization beyond standard models already in place.
• Partner with Product, Analytics, Creative, and LiveOps to ensure smooth launches and ongoing feature success.
• Track performance closely, using data to guide decisions and optimize KPIs.

Requirements

• Experience in monetization, product, or a related analytical role-ideally in gaming or other data-driven B2C products.
• Deep understanding of F2P game monetization and player behavior.
• Proven ability to design, run, and analyze product or monetization experiments.
• Strong analytical thinking and data fluency.
• Ability to translate strategic vision and high-level business goals into operational execution.
• Proven track record in improving monetization of B2C apps, preferably games.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail, self-motivation, and ownership mindset.
• A collaborative spirit, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
