About the Position
Product Operations Lead, Google Cloud Business Platform
Join Google Cloud Business Platform as a Product Operations Lead to drive direction, operational excellence, and change management for GCBP.

Responsibilities
- Lead critical cross-GCBP change management initiatives to optimize organizational design, location strategy, etc.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Program, and UX teams to embrace AI and evolve the software development lifecycle.
- Launch cross-functional rotation programs, embedding members of our product and engineering organization with business users to promote customer empathy and improve our products.
- Lead annual strategy development, Objectives and Key Results (OKR) definition, and semesterly planning. Manage review cadences, including OKR reviews and recurring updates for executive leadership on critical initiatives. Streamline information-sharing mechanisms and stakeholder management.
- Manage a budget, leading financial reviews and ensuring spend aligns with priorities. Lead efficient headcount planning and resource allocation tracking. Streamline GCBP's vendor portfolio and transition contract structures to more managed service models. Partner with leadership and vendors apply AI to workflows and drive efficiencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
- Experience in organizational design, change management, and business operations.
- Experience with stakeholder management, working with leadership, and presenting information (e.g., to Customer Advisory Boards or executive summits).
- Experience managing budgets, headcount portfolios, and cross-functional planning cycles, and defining/tracking Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- MBA or Master’s degree.
- Experience managing large vendor portfolios, standardizing business reviews, and transitioning contracts to managed service or milestone-based models.
- Understanding of Cloud technologies, enterprise software, or AI development lifecycles.
- Ability to translate data into actionable operational strategies with investigative and financial acumen.
- Ability to leverage AI, automation or innovative tooling to optimize operational workflows, reduce administrative burden, and eliminate manual reporting.
- Ability to be adaptable with a strong sense of customer empathy and a passion for continuous organizational improvement.
