Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

About the Position

At EPC Network, we’re not just a digital marketing company; we’re a platform for career growth and professional development. We work exclusively with the US market across verticals such as Fintech, Healthcare, Insurance, Pet-care, and more.

We are looking for a Product Operations manager specialist who will help optimize and automate internal operational and marketing workflows. This person will act as the bridge between Operations/Marketing teams and the external dev + internal AI-automation teams.

This role is focused on process optimization, automation, requirements gathering, rollout coordination, and operational execution - not just task tracking or documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day communication with the external dev/product team: priorities, roadmap, deadlines, and feedback
  • Translate business needs into structured technical requirements with clear acceptance criteria
  • Test delivered features and workflows before release to ensure they match requirements
  • Map current operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and design automated workflows
  • Prepare clear specs for the internal AI-automation team (n8n and similar tools)
  • Drive rollout and adoption of internal tools: SOPs, onboarding materials, and team enablement
  • Act as the operational bridge between marketers, Operations teams, developers, and AI-automation specialists
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive manual processes

Requirements

  • Experience working directly with dev/product teams and translating business needs into technical tasks
  • Strong technical literacy: ability to understand workflows, automation logic, integrations, and technical documentation
  • Ability to read and understand automation flows or code-related logic (n8n experience is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar in daily workflows
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience improving or automating business/operational processes
  • Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and ability to work independently
  • English - solid working level for communication with the dev/product team
  • Basic understanding of email marketing terminology and workflows

Nice to Have

  • Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, Airtable, or similar automation/no-code tools
  • Background in Product Operations, Business Analysis, Marketing Operations, or Technical Project Management
  • Experience working in startup, performance marketing, or fast-paced operational environments
  • Understanding of ESPs, email infrastructure, or marketing automation workflows

We Offer

🎓 Your professional and personal development:

  • Multinational and intercultural experience
  • Corporate library
  • Growth opportunities inside a fast-growing company
  • Access to modern AI tools and automation frameworks

🧘 Well-being:

  • Competitive salary
  • Bonuses according to the policy
  • 21 paid vacation days & 14 paid sick leaves
  • Team-building and social events

😌 Working environment:

  • Remote-first flexibility
  • Offices in Warsaw and Kyiv available whenever needed
  • Coffee, tea, Red Bull, sweets, fruits, and snacks

About the Company

We’re looking for someone systems-oriented, proactive, and excited about automation, operations, and building scalable workflows. If that sounds like you - we’d love to hear from you.
