Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements
About the Position
At EPC Network, we’re not just a digital marketing company; we’re a platform for career growth and professional development. We work exclusively with the US market across verticals such as Fintech, Healthcare, Insurance, Pet-care, and more.
We are looking for a Product Operations manager specialist who will help optimize and automate internal operational and marketing workflows. This person will act as the bridge between Operations/Marketing teams and the external dev + internal AI-automation teams.
This role is focused on process optimization, automation, requirements gathering, rollout coordination, and operational execution - not just task tracking or documentation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day communication with the external dev/product team: priorities, roadmap, deadlines, and feedback
- Translate business needs into structured technical requirements with clear acceptance criteria
- Test delivered features and workflows before release to ensure they match requirements
- Map current operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and design automated workflows
- Prepare clear specs for the internal AI-automation team (n8n and similar tools)
- Drive rollout and adoption of internal tools: SOPs, onboarding materials, and team enablement
- Act as the operational bridge between marketers, Operations teams, developers, and AI-automation specialists
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive manual processes
Requirements
- Experience working directly with dev/product teams and translating business needs into technical tasks
- Strong technical literacy: ability to understand workflows, automation logic, integrations, and technical documentation
- Ability to read and understand automation flows or code-related logic (n8n experience is a plus)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar in daily workflows
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Experience improving or automating business/operational processes
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and ability to work independently
- English - solid working level for communication with the dev/product team
- Basic understanding of email marketing terminology and workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, Airtable, or similar automation/no-code tools
- Background in Product Operations, Business Analysis, Marketing Operations, or Technical Project Management
- Experience working in startup, performance marketing, or fast-paced operational environments
- Understanding of ESPs, email infrastructure, or marketing automation workflows
