Description
You will coordinate collaboration across product, engineering/IT, QA, and marketing, serving as a key contact point. You will maintain product and user documentation, analyze product data and metrics via reports/dashboards, and collect and organize customer and internal feedback for the product team. You will also support onboarding, monitor market/competitive trends, identify bottlenecks, and manage multiple initiatives in parallel using Agile/Scrum/Kanban.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Very good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Practical knowledge of n8n
- Analytical skills to extract insights and identify process bottlenecks
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to prepare project outlines and budget requirements before delivery
- Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban project methodologies
- High accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and processes
- Jira knowledge and ticket management experience (creation, assignment, status tracking)
- English proficiency B2/C1
