About the Position

Product Owner

We are seeking a Product Owner with experience in the banking or financial sector to manage savings and investment products in a fintech company.

Responsibilities

Development and support of savings (deposits, savings, and income accounts) and investment products.
Market analysis of banking savings and investment products, preparation of proposals for product portfolio development.
Calculation of product profitability, construction of P&L models, and forecasting of portfolio indicators.
Formation of business requirements for the implementation and development of deposit and investment products.
Planning and coordination of the implementation of new product launch projects, interaction with cross-functional teams.
Construction and optimization of business processes, collaboration with internal and external partners.
Support for product implementation.

Experience in the banking or financial sector - from 3 years;
Practical experience in launching and developing savings products (deposits, savings, or income accounts) - from 2 years;
Experience in successfully launching at least one deposit or savings product;
Knowledge of the NBU regulatory framework regarding deposit products and bank accounts of individuals and legal entities;
Knowledge of the requirements of the Financial Services and State Treasury of Ukraine regarding deposit insurance for individuals and the support of deposit products;
Experience in managing the life cycle of a banking product - from idea to launch and development;
Basic knowledge of the capital market and investment instruments (Treasury bills, military and corporate bonds) will be a plus;
English language proficiency at the Intermediate (B1) level or higher will be a plus.
