Product Owner

About the Position

We're looking for someone to help Odoo grow and expand worldwide. This role is **key to driving Odoo’s development. **Your mission: act as a Product Owner by understanding how businesses operate, defining what Odoo needs to evolve, and working with the development teams to implement these improvements.

You’ll play a central role in shaping and improving Odoo’s applications, making the product **relevant **for new and existing markets and opening the door to thousands of potential customers worldwide. You don’t need to be an expert in a specific business field, just smart, curious, structured, and eager to learn fast.

Responsibilities

As a Product Owner, you will collaborate with developers to build amazing features used by millions of people. Your role will be to transform ideas into specifications, test the developments, and ensure awesome applications are deployed at speed.

• Own tasks from start to approval
• Create clear specs; strong visual communication
• Development model: Open with external community
• Balance feature decisions with product vision and simplicity

About You

We are looking for a candidate able to learn quickly, with a "get it done" spirit and a real critical mind that will be ready to have an impact on thousands of businesses worldwide.

Must Have

• Experience in IT Product Management
• Fluent in French & in English
• Experience in UX
• Master Degree or IT degree
• Work permit for Belgium

Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP systems or business management software (CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, etc.)
• Curiosity to understand complex business processes and continuously improve them
• Experience in a SaaS or fast-paced tech environment

What We Offer

Full-time CDI

A 38 hours/week contract including 2 days of home-working per week and flexible hours.
