About the Project

Our client is an international cybersecurity product company that helps organizations protect data and manage user identities. The key focus is data & identity security: data protection starts with controlling access and user identities.

Key Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the product backlog for one or more SaaS platform service areas (e.g., Connectivity, authentication & authorization, APIs & integrations, workflow services, notification systems, shared UI components).
Write clear, well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria that translate platform requirements into work engineering can execute against.
Run and continuously improve sprint rituals, including backlog grooming and sprint planning, to increase backlog quality and delivery predictability.
Ensure QA sign-off and quality standards are met for all delivered features, and maintain comprehensive documentation and supporting materials.
Collaborate with UX to propose and validate product increments based on user feedback and usage data.
Participate in customer support shadow sessions and user interviews to build customer empathy and surface real-world pain points.
Track progress against quarterly commitments, proactively surface blockers and dependencies, and log decision rationale.
Support the Product Manager – SaaS Platform in translating platform strategy into requirements, priorities, and roadmap input.
Define and track feature-level success metrics (adoption, usage, reliability) for your platform areas post-launch.
Elevate the voices of engineering, QA, and UX while refining requirements, and seek feedback from stakeholders outside your scrum team.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Associate Product Manager delivering SaaS products.
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing a backlog in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Working familiarity with platform concepts such as APIs, authentication, integrations, or multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
Ability to write clear, well-defined requirements and collaborate effectively with engineering and QA.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup-style environment with high ownership and accountability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with UX, QA, and PMM.
Exceptional communication and language (English) skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Will be a Plus

Connectivity-related & Cybersecurity experience a plus.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification is a plus.
