Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

Description language:

About the Position

We are seeking a Frontend Product Owner to manage frontend initiatives across multiple brands and projects in our growing iGaming platform.

About the Company & Product

We are a rapidly growing product company entering the global gaming entertainment market. Our mission is to bring innovative business solutions to the iGaming industry by building cutting-edge technology products. Our core product is a SaaS gaming platform with 200+ microservices that powers a seamless gaming experience for millions of users worldwide. The platform provides a full suite of iGaming solutions, including game management, payments, analytics, CRM, and more.

Meet Your Future Team

We have an open management culture where leaders share a clear product vision rather than simply assigning tasks. We believe people do their best work when they understand where the team is going and why their contribution matters. Initiative is always welcome, and everyone is encouraged to share ideas, suggest improvements, and influence how things are built.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain a prioritized, transparent, and outcome-oriented frontend product backlog across supported brands and projects, acting as the single point of entry for all frontend initiatives;
  • Translate product vision and brand-level goals into well-defined tasks with clear acceptance criteria, DoR, and DoD - and ensure all task-related agreements are documented in Jira comments as the single source of truth;
  • Manage Change Requests end-to-end: ensure CRs are documented and re-estimated, decide together with the DM whether to keep, move, or defer them, and protect sprint scope from uncontrolled creep;
  • Coordinate between CSM, Dev, Delivery Manager, QA, and PdM’s;
  • Balance brand priorities and communicate status, risks, and expectations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, or Business Analyst in a product or delivery team - preferably with a focus on frontend or platform-facing initiatives;
  • Experience in iGaming environment - must have (B2B or B2C);
  • Proven ability to coordinate intake and estimation across multiple stakeholders, brands, or projects;
  • Experience managing release communication and Change Requests in a high-pace multi-brand environment;
  • Strong product backlog management skills - your backlog is always structured, prioritized, and meaningful;
  • Experience working with frontend teams and understanding of frontend-specific concerns: component reuse, design systems, cross-brand consistency;
  • Ability to explain why a feature matters, not just what needs to be built;
  • Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum in practice;
  • Experience working with product metrics and understanding how to measure feature success (adoption, usage, conversion, impact);
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills - comfortable leading planning meetings and coordinating with stakeholders.

We Offer

  • Flexible schedule: work from home, the office, or hybrid;
  • Extra day off for your birthday: take a break any day within the month;
  • Competitive compensation that matches your skills;
  • Medical insurance (in Ukraine) and health support;
  • 20 paid vacation days + 15 unpaid vacation days;
  • 22 sick leave days, including mental health days;
  • Gifts and support for life’s key moments (wedding, childbirth, kindergarten);
  • Company-provided equipment based on your preferences.

We care about your comfort and help you maintain work-life balance!
