About the Position

Product Owner 產品負責人 - TITANSOFT 新加坡商鈦坦科技股份有限公司

We are seeking a Product Owner with 2+ years of experience in software product management to join TITANSOFT in Taipei City, Taiwan.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to understand the product vision and inspire them to deliver exciting and actionable solutions.
• Drive the lean growth process end-to-end: Research, growth models, prioritization, experiment design, delivery, and post-analysis.
• Formulate new hypotheses and discover product opportunities by conducting user behavior and performance analysis.
• Fully understand the UX, from design to drop-off, how various segments behave, and identify leverage points.
• Work with key stakeholders across the company and our partners to ensure successful product delivery.
• Execute assignments by upper management.
• Be on-call based on project needs.

Requirements

• Experience in software product management for at least 2 years.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with sometimes ambiguous priorities.
• Drive end-to-end product development.
• Experienced in product operations and handling production issues.

Skills

• Data-driven attitude that is able to understand market trends and translate them into business opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders in English.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in computer skills, e.g., MS Office.
• Eager to learn, self-motivation, team player, and have a "get things done" mindset.
• Independent thinking ability to evaluate item value and arrange priorities.
• Must be able to work in high-stress situations.
• Good data analysis skills and logical thinking.
