Responsibilities
As a Product Owner & Customer Journey Expert, you will:
- Combine market and system knowledge, product management, and business expertise to take a leading role in successfully delivering change initiatives.
- Be the interfacing function between various stakeholders (trading, sales, Ops, risk, IT, markets, and software vendor partners) to understand the challenges and identify how technology and process can be used to solve them.
- Represent the voice of the business to the squads.
- Support efficient change by providing impactful analysis on cross domain, end-to-end, complex environments.
Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years background in Financial Markets and/or Treasury.
- Skills/knowledge:
- Prior experience as Product Owner, Product Manager.
- Experience in Risk Management.
- Familiarity with the Financial Markets regulation is a plus.
- Experience with working in Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with product and service management and processes.
- Knowledge in event-driven architectures and streaming data.
- Product experience in data pipelines, data modelling, ETL, and databases. Strong knowledge in trade data models such as ISDA CDM, FpML, and warehouse architectures.
- Good communication skills (in English), as well as communication and presentation skills across different skill and seniority levels.
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
- Languages: English (excellent level).
