Product Owner (Data, Analytics & AI Delivery)

About the Position

We are seeking a Product Owner (Data, Analytics & AI Delivery) to join our team. This role is remote and full-time. Our customer is building a next-generation enterprise delivery organization focused on accelerating digital transformation through Data, Analytics, Automation, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for Data, Analytics, Digital, and AI solutions, from discovery and product shaping through delivery, release, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate business objectives into well-defined product roadmaps, epics, features, and prioritized backlogs.
• Lead product discovery activities by defining business problems, value hypotheses, solution options, and implementation scope.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, data teams, engineering teams, and delivery partners to design scalable, business-focused solutions.
• Define and maintain product backlogs, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Ready/Definition of Done to support efficient product delivery.
• Identify and manage product risks, dependencies, technical constraints, and data readiness throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure product requirements align with enterprise architecture, security, privacy, and data governance standards before implementation.
• Act as the primary product representative for Agile delivery teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Monitor product adoption, business outcomes, and value realization while incorporating operational feedback into future roadmap planning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by promoting product management best practices across delivery teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience delivering Data, Analytics, Digital, Automation, or AI products within complex enterprise environments.
• 4+ years of experience in Product Owner or similar business-facing product leadership roles, driving product strategy, prioritization, and end-to-end delivery.
• Proven experience translating business needs into scalable digital, data, and AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end data and analytics lifecycles, including data ingestion, transformation, modeling, reporting, analytics, and operationalization.
• Experience supporting AI and machine learning initiatives, including use case definition, business requirements, model integration, and alignment with enterprise data governance practices.
• Solid understanding of data concepts, including data modeling, data integration, data quality, and structured datasets.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL or similar query technologies.
• Broad understanding of enterprise cloud platforms, modern data ecosystems, and cloud services supporting analytics and AI workloads.
• Proven experience leading product shaping from early discovery through governance approval, implementation, production release, and continuous product improvement.
• Experience preparing business cases, evaluating solution options, assessing risks, dependencies, implementation constraints, and data readiness.
• Ability to perform high-level technical assessments and evaluate the impact of product scope and prioritization decisions.
• Experience managing product priorities, trade-offs, and cross-functional dependencies within complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting Corporate Functions or delivering technology solutions for enterprise business functions.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, preferably within SAFe or other scaled Agile environments.
• Experience collaborating with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Privacy, and Data Governance teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to balance business value, technical feasibility, and delivery priorities.
• Good understanding of modern digital technologies, enterprise platforms, and AI-driven products.
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Experience working within matrix organizations and collaborating with distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing vendor-led delivery while maintaining internal product ownership and strategic direction.
• Previous experience delivering products within regulated or highly compliant environments.
• Familiarity with validation processes, audit readiness, and controlled release or change management practices.
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), SAFe Practitioner, or equivalent Agile certifications.
• ITIL Foundation or similar IT Service Management certification.
